At least 18 years of age; Must be a graduate of Secondary Education With at least 2 years admin experience or Bachelors Degree/College Degree of any courses; With at least 6 months work experience; Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply; Willing to work Australian Time (05:00 AM to 03:00 PM); Hardworking, highly organized, trustworthy and flexible; Must be fluent in oral and written English; Preferably strong Australian English oral skills; Must be presentable and good interpersonal skills; Can handle incoming and outgoing calls (as required); Must be computer literate; Knowledge In logistics is an advantage; Ability to resolve customer concerns and problems at first contact; Can work in a minimum supervision.
