* 1ST Engineer *

1st Engineer License / Certificate; With seaman’s book; Thorough knowledge of the vessel; With or without experience; Knowledge of technical calculations required for safe operation of the drilling unit.

* 2nd Engineer *

2nd Engineer License / Certificate; With seaman’s book; Thorough knowledge of the vessel; With or without experience; Knowledge of technical calculations required for safe operation of the drilling unit.

* Dredger Master *

Vocational Dredging degree or an equivalent professional qualification; Valid Navigation license (STCW 95) / basis certification to work on board vessels; Environment techniques is an asset; Work experience is a must; Good knowledge of operating software, maintenance of equipment and efficient handling of dredging operations.

* Assistant Dredger Master *

Diploma certificate of recognized NVTI Trade Test Certificate; With work experience.

* Operations Manager *

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree preferably Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent; With working experience in related field; With extensive background in the areas of Maintenance, Repair, and Operation; Can demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills; Highly reliable in project management implementation; Good analytical / problem solving skills.
