At least High school graduate; With at least 2 – 4 years of related experience in building constructions and repairs; Must have considerable knowledge of carpentry, masonry supplies, and their use; Must be knowledgeable in the operation of a variety of hand tools (Grinder, Drills, Speed Cutter, Welding machines etc.) common to building trades; Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions; With good working attitude and can work with minimum supervision.
