Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree; Must have a Strong and established network of both related and non-related contacts who can assist in providing valuable intel as well as being able to put you in contact with the right people to be able to course the information required to achieve desired outcomes; Be personally energetic, dynamic, positive, enthusiastic and possess the ability to think laterally and act through reasoned decision making; Must possess commercial business acumen; Be organized and disciplined; Able to work both autonomously and collaboratively; Possess a good understanding of leadership principles and management best practices; Have excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; Be able to get things done and make things happen to achieve the aims of the business; Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently and effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintain attention to detail and quality; Possess the ability to implement and manage change in a business; Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
