Male/Female; Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With at least 2 to 3 years of solid supervisory experience in the related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment; Has manpower handling and management skills; Can communicate well; Has competent computer skills; Must be capable of handling work pressures.
