Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree; With proven experience in similar role in a medium to large organization; Preferably with HR learning and development training; Has sound understanding of payroll; Has intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office; Must be excellent in verbal and written English communications; Has the ability to work autonomously, make good decisions and balance the competing demands of several managers; Must be hardworking, proactive and energetic; Can handle work pressures and multiple tasks.
