Outdoor Furniture Factory Manager

Candidate must possess a college/bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Must be well-experienced, with proven successful track record in outdoor furniture; Has sourcing/supplier network; Must be a hands-on and hardworking problem-solver.
Duties include but not limited to: a) Oversee all assemble and production; b) Staff hiring and management; c) Development of the production and assembly processes; and d) Outsourcing of components and materials not made in-house, that will be needed for assembly (alum and metal framing, wood, foam, cushions, sewing, etc.).
