Female, 18 to 30 years old; Must be college graduate, preferably of BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management; At least 5’4†in height; With pleasing personality; With at least 1 year experience in similar role; With knowledge in preparing hot, cold and mixed drinks for patrons, and chill bottles of wine; Must be knowledgeable in table preparation, and in items setting such as linens, silverware and glassware; Can communicate well; Must be of good moral character; Can handle work pressures.
