Male, 24 to 35 years old; With at least 3 years of experience in similar role; Must be well-versed in establishing size of food portion and planning menus; Has strong knowledge in carving and preparing different types of meals for boiling, frying and steaming, as well as preparing different types of cuisine, relishes and salads; Must be highly experienced in performing food quality inspection to ensure hygiene standard; Has good communication skills; Must be of good moral character.
