Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree in Human Resource Management or other business courses, or equivalent; With at least 2 years of experience in similar role; Must be knowledgeable in payroll preparation and government remittances; With basic knowledge in the Philippine Labor Laws and procedures; With knowledge in ISO 9001 is desirable; Has good verbal and written communication skills; Must be computer literate; Can work under pressure and with less supervision.
