Male; Graduate of any relevant course; With at least 4 years of combined kitchen and supervisory experience; Has effective interpersonal, and verbal & written communication skills; Must be punctual, dependable, flexible and with initiative; Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays; Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
