Male/Female, 21 to 30 years old; Must possess at least a short-course certificate or vocational diploma relevant to customer service or its equivalent; With experience relevant to the field is an advantage; With pleasing personality; With knowledge on Basic First Aid/ Support Life is an advantage; Has excellent customer service skills; Can deal with the physical demands of the job; Must be a strong player, with an energetic & friendly attitude, and cheerful outlook; Has good presentation, observation and verbal communication skills; Willing to learn and has positive attitude; With good organizational, time-management and leadership skills; Has passion for animals; Able to work independently, with less supervision; Can handle work pressures and deal with demanding customers; Must be able and willing to work on flexible hours, especially on holidays and weekends.
