Candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience; With knowledge about the technical aspects of the job; Must be well-exposed in all aspects of food industry; Must be knowledgeable in organizing all food promotions; Must be familiar with all types of international cuisine; Has strong character traits and leadership potential; Has good interpersonal skills; Must be able to demonstrate competency in the field of cooking and coordinate multiple tasks; Can work under pressure.
