Male, not more than 45 years old; Must be college graduate, preferably of BS in Mechanical Engineering; With at least 5 years of experience working as a Manager in a production/manufacturing set-up; Must be knowledgeable in process control and quality; Has strong leadership skills; Can communicate in English, both spoken and written; Must be computer literate; Must be attentive to details; can work under pressure.
