Male/Female; Must be a bachelor’s degree holder, preferably of BS in Industrial Engineering/ Production Management/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or other relevant 4-year courses; Preferably with experience in similar job; Must have adequate knowledge and experience in production planning and scheduling; With experience in manufacturing and technical process in an industrial firm is an advantage; With experience in ISO procedures and knowledge in AutoCAD is also an advantage; Must be computer literate; Can work under pressure and with less supervision; Must be patient, flexible, hardworking and with initiative; Willing to render overtime work.
