Candidate must be a graduate of any engineering courses, preferably BS in Industrial Engineering; With at least 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing company; Must be knowledgeable in process improvement; Preferably with training in project management, process improvement and kaizen; Must be excellent in using computers, as well as in time motion study; Must possess good analytical skills.
