Candidate must be at least college level, or preferably a holder of a bachelor’s degree; With call center experience is a plus; Must be fluent in English language; Has excellent interpersonal, listening, and verbal and written communication skills; With intermediate knowledge of corporate accounting principles related to accounts receivables and collections, as well as of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software; Must possess a professional and friendly attitude; Must be willing to work on the U.S. schedule.
