Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s/college degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant business courses, or equivalent; With at least 2 years of experience in the same position; With basic knowledge in Philippine labor laws and procedures; Must be knowledgeable in payroll preparation and remittances to government agencies; With knowledge in ISO 9001 standard is desirable; Must be computer literate; Has good verbal and written communication skills; Can work under pressure and with less supervision.
