Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Engineering/ Business or other relevant courses; With at least 2 years of technical support experience; Must possess CCNA, MCP and MCSA certifications; With broad knowledge of telecom and telemarketing practices and operations; With deep understanding of IP address, MAC address, Subnet mask, Gateway, DNS, NAT, DHCP; Can understand Cisco-related knowledge e.g. Static Route, Switching, VLAN, etc.; With knowledge of Linux system and VI, modem/routing provisioning and PBX; With advanced knowledge of e-mail system: Pop, SMTP, IMAP, and of security: ACL, DHCP Snooping, Port forwarding and Proxy; Must have strong conversational English, verbal and written communication skills; Has good decision-making skills; Has the ability to demonstrate continued and consistent proficiency in most of skills set utilized within Ellick BPO Solutions, Inc.
