Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in any IT-related courses; With relevant technical support experience/s; Has in-depth knowledge of computer hardware set-up, configuration and maintenance, as well as on the usage and troubleshooting of Microsoft-based operating systems and productivity suites; With hands-on experience in data center maintenance and operation; With basic knowledge and administration of MS Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP; With basic knowledge of local area network set-up, basic switch, server management and file/print sharing; Has good interpersonal, customer service and time-management skills; Can communicate effectively and professionally; Can work independently and as part of a team; Must be able to work with limited supervision.
