IP month celebration
Ayta Indigenous People join a foot parade as part of the celebration of the Indigenous Peoples Month Thursday morning, October 27 from Subic Bay Freeport to Olongapo City. The foot parade ended at the Rizal Triangle Park in Olongapo City, where the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples were the guests of honor. The activity was initiated through Presidential Proclamation 1906 signed in 2009 declaring the month of October of every year as National Indigenous Peoples Month.
