Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Labor Department Manager Atty. Melvin Varias receives a Certificate of Appreciation from Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch III (RCMB III) Regional Branch Director Othello B Tongio, Jr. for the successful conduct of the seminar entitled ‘Enhancing Workplace Stability through Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms’ seminar held Thursday, September 4 at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center.
The training also highlighted insights on programs namely, Labor Management Cooperation (LMC), effective grievance machinery, and the Employees’ Compensation Program (ECP), as well as shared commitment processes and encouraged locators to adopt internal workplace mechanisms to promote industrial peace within the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) Labor Department is joined by facilitators from the Regional Conciliation and Mediation Branch III (RCMB III), Employees’ Compensation Commission (ECC) Region 3, and 102 training participants from 65 Subic Bay locators for a group photo during ‘Enhancing Workplace Stability through Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms’ seminar held Thursday, September 4 at the Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center.
