About Us

The Support Services Group serves as the backbone, think tank and enabler of the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority by providing the legal, financial and employment services and the human and physical resources to lead and propel the Authority in its pursuit of making the Subic Bay Freeport the preferred sustainable investment hub and eco-tourism destination in Asia Pacific by 2030 by:

• Establishing an effective system of administration and general management of the departments and offices under the Support Services Group.
• Managing, supervising, monitoring and implementing approved policies, rules and regulations of the Authority based on existing laws, rules and regulations.
• Creating the right business climate through a periodic review of the policies, rules and regulations affecting the conduct of business and investments inside the SBF
• Presenting to the Board of Directors policies, projects, proposals and other important matters in pursuit of the corporate mandate, mission, vision, objectives and goals concerning the Support Services Group.
• Recommending to the Chairman and Administrator actions on different proposals, programs and projects received by the Authority.
