SERVICES

The department is in charge of managing the Subic Bay International Airport which undertakes key functions on airport operations and management, commercial activities and airport emergency services.

DIVISIONS

Management Services Division
- Manage administrative works including but not limited to personnel management, procurement of goods and services, financial management, and fiscal operations. It is in charge of facilitating the processing of documentation of concessionaires and airlines entering and exiting the airport. It is composed of three sections, namely: Administrative Section, Billing Section and Budget & Procurement Section.
Planning and Engineering Division
- Administer the short and long term development programs and plans of the SBIA. Planning and directing works on construction, alterations, repair and maintenance, and installation programs for the preservation and/or improvement of the facilities and navigational equipments. It is composed of three (3) sections, namely: Maintenance Section (Ground and Buildings), Engineering Section, and Electrical & Electronics Section.
Operations Division
- Administer the day to day aerodrome operations in coordination with the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, Bureau of Customs, Bureau of Immigration and Bureau of Quarantine (Dept. of Health and Dept. of Agriculture), Philippine National Policy- Aviation Security Group, Law Enforcement, Medical, Fire and Rescue for the facilitation of passenger and aircraft movements. It is composed of two (2) sections, namely: Terminal Section and Ramp Section.
