* Accounting Assistant *

BS Accountancy graduate; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset; Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook; Organizational, excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Admin / HR Personnel *

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; With experience is an advantage; Handles Phil-health, Pag-ibig (HDMF), SSS concerns; Prepares memos, letters and other correspondence; Perform initial screening of qualified applicants, conduct initial interview and administer examination; Conducts company orientation to newly hired employees; Perform timekeeping.

* Sales and Marketing Associate *

Male / Female; College level or College graduate; Experience in Surplus’ Shop/Mall an advantage; At least 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales with the same industry is preferred; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing or equivalent; Driver’s license is required for the position; Experience in Marketing is an advantage.

* Sales Lady / Sales Man *

With 6 months to 1 year experience in selling; With self-confidence to make and meet her/his sales goals.

* Online Marketing (Lister) *

Research item online for matching description and value by using different market places; List items for sale online (eBay, amazon, Craigslist, Web site, etc.) using listing software; Excellent English oral and written skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, eBay Tools; Knowledge of internet search engines and E-commerce sites; Organization, typing, attention to detail, independence, analyzing information, and results drive.

* Auctioneer *

Provide description of the object or product that’s up for bid and announces every bid coming in; Responsible for preparing a sale bill that advertises the date and location of the auction; A strong, clear voice; To be able to address large groups of people; Self-confidence; To be able to make quick, sound decisions.

* Carpenter *

At least a High school graduate / Vocational graduate / Short course certificate; With experience in repairing and restoration of furniture; Responsible for building and repairing structures, fixtures furniture and other items using different type of materials including wood and steel; Must make precise cuts with a variety of hand tools and power tools, so they need a steady hand and good hand-eye coordination; Knowledge of basic math; A three-dimensional object, such as a cabinet or piece of furniture; The use of hand tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches, is required to set up, adjust, and calibrate machines; The ability to endure long periods of standing and repetitious movements is crucial for Carpenters, who often stand all day performing many of the same functions; Must be strong enough to lift bulky and heavy pieces of wood.
