Male / Female; Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, industrial Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Project Management or related discipline; Master’s Degree in Business from reputable university of college is an advantage; Knows and has an experience in preparing a Feasibility Study / Business Plan in a corporate set up; With at least five (5) years of work experience in logistics company would be an advantage; Business Intelligence tools and Data Analytical capacity is a plus; Ability to communicate effectively and professionally; With excellent skill in presenting ideas; Takes initiative and prioritizes tasks (time management); Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint); Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail; Excellent decision making skills and negotiation skills; Solid analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause analysis); Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements; With strong analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals or group.
