Male / Female; Four (4) years College graduate in Bachelor of Science in HRM; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; With knowledge in cocktail mixing, and other liquors; Knows how to handle guest complains; Strong and moral ethical code; Can work under pressure; Flexible and willing to extend working hours; Outgoing personality; Good communication skills.

* Demi Chef *

Male / Female; Hotel Management graduate or Culinary Degree with minimum 3 years certification; At least 3 years’ experience cooking in a well-establishment restaurant or full-service hotel and/or minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role; A high standard of spoken and written English; Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business; Able to work under pressure; Excellent culinary catering talent.

Male / Female; Hotel Management graduate or College graduate; At least 3 years’ experience cooking in a well-establishment restaurant or full-service restaurant; Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress; Attentiveness and patience for customers; Excellent presentation skills; Strong organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well a fast-paced environment; Active listening and effective communication skills; Team spirit; Flexibility to work in shifts; Endurance to walk and stand for long hours; Flexible work hours; Ability to remain calm and professional with difficult customers; Excellent interpersonal skills; coordination to carry plates or trays without dropping anything.
