* Trailer Driver *

Male; At least high school graduate / Vocational Diploma / Short course certificate, any field. Have vast experience in basic engine troubleshooting and maintenance of Truck / Trailer; Familiar with the area travelling to Metro Manila, Southern and Northern Luzon; Must be defensive driver, physically and mentally fit to work, honest and hardworking. Must have legitimate Driver’s license Professional Category with restrictions Nos. 1, 2, 3, 8; Must have training and basic knowledge on Safety Driving. Must be energetic and articulate.

* Backhoe Operator *

Male; At least high school graduate or Vocational Diploma / Short course Certificate; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Backhoe Operator and knows how to operate a Pay Loader; Must have legitimate Driver’s License Professional Category with restrictions Nos. 1,2,3; Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field; Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; Works under immediate supervision; Must be physically and mentally fit to work, honest and hardworking.

* Inventory Controller *

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree; Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience in warehousing or logistics; Proficient with computers and other standard office technology; Can work under pressure with minimum supervision; Knows how to maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfer and cycle counts; Knows how to prepare, generate, and file a inventory report, review report monthly, weekly, daily with management; Flexible and hardworking with good moral character.

* Payroll Staff *

Bachelor of Science in Accounting Graduate; Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role; Hands-on experience with accounting software; Strong mathematical skills with an ability to spot numerical errors; Time-management skills; Collect timesheets every cut-off period, checked and finalized reports submitted by the timekeeping section regarding attendance of employee; Prepare and calculates employees’ compensation using payroll software; Updating internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments; Calculate incentives and allowances if required; Report on payroll expenses; Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.

* HR Officer *

Female; Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or any 4 years related course; Updated on Labor law; With at least 5 Years or more experience in HR and Admin functions; Must have an experience in all areas of HR / Admin: Compensations & Benefits: Labor Relations: Recruitment, Organizational Development; With good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written; Maintain employee files and keep human resource information confidential; Can work under pressure and attentive to detail; Team player, fast learner, and people oriented; Microsoft Office Skills.
