* Floor Technician *

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short course certificate in any field; At least 2 years work experience with hands-on experience in performing floor care procedures; Highly skilled in operating equipment and using chemicals for floor cleaning; Dedicated to provide excellent customer service; An energetic, enthusiastic and confident individual; Keep on details and in following instructions; Trustworthy; Must be willing to work in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone; Having a Driver’s License is preferred.

* Facilities Engineer *

At least Bachelor’s/college Degree in Engineering (electrical/Electronic) or equivalent, having a professional engineering license is an advantage; At least a holder of a Master Electrician License; At least 2 years experience working in the areas of general Facility maintenance, electrical installation and electromechanical facility equipment; Possess ability to read and analyze basic electrical, mechanical and construction plan; With good English communication skill; Dynamic and can work under pressure.

* Gardener

Must have at least a High school Diploma; With minimum of 3 years gardening and landscaping experience; Knows how to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, rotovators, hedge trimmers; Able to speak and understand English; Keen on following instructions and trustworthy.

* Web Programmer *

A graduate of Information Technology or Computer Science; With strong knowledge and demonstrated skills in OOP, JavaScript, JQuery, XHTML/CSS; Proficient in PHP and MySQL; With experience in MVC framework; Knowledgeable in e-commerce website; Working knowledge in FTP files; Able to do a responsive Web layout; Provide project links if available; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; Available to start immediately.

* Customer Service Representative *

College graduate; With at least 2 years Call Center background; A person of integrity; With excellent communication and customer service skills; Excels in a high pressure environment; Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Excel and Word; Available to start immediately.

* Junior Assistant Accountant *

A Graduate of BS Accountancy; With at least 2 years related work experience; With exposure all the main tasks of business accounting; Familiar with SSS and Pag-ibig Loan monitoring; Proficient in MS Office; Above average communication skills; Intermediate skills in Outlook; Previous experience with TSM and Eclipse is an advantage; Available to start immediately.
