* Front Office Assistant *

Female; With pleasing personality; Graduate of any 4 year course; At least 2 years of experience in an upscale hotel or resort; Excellent communication, administrative, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills; Ability to handle multiple task as assigned by superior; Willing to work on shifting schedules; Knowledge in proper credit, check-cashing and cash-handling policies and procedures; Ability to use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel; Knowledge in proper telephone etiquette; Knowledge in proper mail, package and department heads and co-workers to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions; Working knowledge of computers, internet access and the ability to navigate within a variety software packages such as Excel, Word or related programs.

* Waiter / Waitress *

HRM graduate is advantage; At least 5’4” in height with fair complexion and with pleasing personality; Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services; Knowledge in getting food orders on order slips, memorizes orders; Can prepare hot, cold, and mixed drinks for patrons, and chill bottles of wine; Can explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods; Can prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware; With good oral character; Can communicate well; with at least one(1) year related working experience; Can handle pressure.

* Cook *

Male / Female; With good moral character; At least two(2) years work experience in related field; Must be willing to work on shifting schedules; Knowledge in preparing American / Italian cuisine; Well verse in planning menus, establishing size of food portion; Exceptional understanding of preparing food for cooking; Highly experience performing food quality inspection to ensure quality standards.

* Steward *

Male / Female; College Level; At least 5’7” in height for Male and 5’4” in height for Female; With related working experience; Good moral character; Can communicate well in English; Can work on shifting schedule.
