Must be fluent in English and with good writing skills; At least 2 years in College; Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus but without previous work experience are welcome to apply; Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively; Professional and enthusiastic, with a pleasant telephone manner; Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening; Strong communication, organization and time management skills; Willing to work immediately and work on night shift, including weekends and holidays.
