Male; At least College level; Proven experience as construction foreman; Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints; Wide knowledge and skills in construction; Excellent organizational and leadership skills; Ability to communicate and report effectively; Problem-solving abilities; Good physical condition and stamina.

* Mason *

Male; At least High school graduate; Wide knowledge and skills in construction; Knowledge in title, brick and cement setting; Knowledge in operating light and heavy equipment materials; Knowledge and skill in the construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance of masonry structures and surfaces; Know the safe and proper use of tools and safety equipment; Ability to work under pressure with less supervision; Can assess future problem with the construction; Minimum of 2 years working experience; Good physical condition and stamina.

* Steelman *

Male; At least High school graduate; Can operate special equipment used to build metal structures; Know how to layout and fabricate structural steel and sheet metal and work with concrete reinforcing steel bars; Can perform welding and cutting operations, read blueprints and use special tools; Good physical condition and stamina.

* Laborer *

Male; At least High school graduate; Wide knowledge and skills in construction; Good physical condition and stamina.
