Graduate of Engineering course preferably (Mechanical/IE/ECE); At least 3 years and above years work experience in production operation, possess high technical background in production aspects, fluent in oral and written English communication skills; Ability to challenges and implement needed changes in terms of current production situation and construct strategic plans in technical matters and its operation; Strong characteristic in dealing with assigned target to achieve higher results, possess conviction to motivate people to pursue a common goal.
