* Crane Operator *

Male; Preferably with experience as Crane Operator; Physically fit, excellent vision and hearing; Highly level of coordination skills and ability to work without supervision; Willing to work on a shifting schedule and extended hours; Can render overtime and work during holidays.

* Foreman *

At least 5 years of outstanding experience in combined stevedoring and Arrastre operations; Must have strong leadership qualities to lead a project cargo to its conclusion; Physically fit, excellent vision and hearing; Must have very good communication skills for reporting to supervisor and for giving instructions to the project team; Able to work long hours in a safety-conscious work environment; Flexible, able to adapt to the working condition and schedule; Able to read and follow written plans or layout.

* Gang Boss *

At least 5 years experience in combined stevedoring and Arrastre operations; Must have strong leadership qualities to lead a team; Physically fit, excellent vision and hearing; Must have very good communication skills for reporting to supervisor and for giving instructions to the project team; Knowledge and observance of port safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPEs); Able to work long hours in a safety-conscious work environment; Flexible, able to adapt to the working condition and schedule; Able to read and follow written plans or layout.

* Stevedore *

Male; At least High school graduate; With or without experience as Stevedore; Physically and mentally fit to work; High level of coordination skills and ability to work without supervision; Willing to work on a shifting schedule and extended hours; Can render overtime and work during holidays.

* Posting Checker / Checker *

Male / Female; At least College level; With experience as Posting Checker / Checker; With good written communication skills; Attentive to written details, counts and dimensions; Physically and mentally fit to work; High level of coordination skills and ability to work without supervision; Willing to work on a shifting schedule and extended hours; Can render overtime and work during holidays.

* Gear Locker *

Male; At least College level; Very good working knowledge in rigging technique, design and maintenance; Physically fit, excellent vision and hearing; Able to understand and follow instructions, very good communication; Able to work long hours in a safety-conscious work environment; Flexible, able to adapt to the working condition and schedule.
