Must be at least 2 years in College with a minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field; BPO work experience is an advantage; Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply; 1 – 2 years experienced employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent is an advantage; Willing to work New Zealand Time (starting time is 04:00 AM); Hardworking, highly organized, trustworthy and flexible; Must be fluent in oral and written English; Preferably strong Australian English oral skills; Must be presentable and good interpersonal skills; Can handle incoming and outgoing calls (as required); Highly computer literate; Can work in minimum; Applicants must be willing to work in SBFZ.

* Outbound Calls Agent – Australian Account *

Must be at least 2 years in College with a minimum of 1 year working experience in a related field; BPO or dealing with Autralian companies is highly regarded; Experience in Telesales and Appointment setting is highly regarded; Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply; Willing to work Australian Time (starting at 7am); Must be fluent in writer, and spoken English; Preferably strong Australian English oral skills; Must be presentable and have good interpersonal skills; Fantastic positive outgoing attitude; Results driven, persistent and good time management; Motivation for Sales, can handle rejection and maintains professionalism; High level of tenacity and motivation; Professional, engaging and have a friendly phone manner; Can handle incoming and outgoing calls (as required); Highly computer literate (MS Applications, Social Media, etc.); Can work in minimum supervision.
