Male; 25 - 45 years old; High school graduate or any vocational course; With at least two(2) years working experience as Painter; Training /Certification to manage lead paint is a plus; Working knowledge and abilities on removal of old paint and proper disposal, remodeling/repair of drywall and sub-surfaces, selecting, mixing and various finishes to the required color or finish and application of various finishes using brushes, rollers, sprayers; Ability to estimate jobs; Must be efficient, well-organized and can work under pressure.
* Helper *
Male; 25 - 35 years old; High school graduate; With experience as Helper to Skilled Painter / Foreman / Maintenance; Able to follow instructions properly; With positive working attitude.
