* Accounting and Finance Officer *

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); With at least 3 – 5 years working experience in accounting, finance, and/or treasury management; Competent in accounting and finance related work; Can work under minimum supervision; Ability to assess and prioritize needs, follow through on assignments, and function well under deadline restraints.

* Motor Pool Supervisor *

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Licensed) or higher educational qualification in an engineering related discipline; With at least 2 years experience as Motor Pool Supervisor; At least 3 years experience as Maintenance Supervisor with exposure to operation and maintenance of heavy Equipment and Trucks; Can perform troubleshooting and basic repair and maintenance; Knows how to use proper mechanical tools; Ability to build and lead a multi-disciplined team of mechanical and electrical personnel; Ability to recognize steps to be taken by self and/or team in order to meet schedules and deadlines; Problem-solving techniques; Can articulate the concepts of Maintenance Management Systems, demonstrates clarity of written and verbal communication; Ability to interact with contractors, subcontractors and other vendors or agencies on maintenance and spare parts/consumables supply matters.
