* Accountant (CPA) *

Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Exposure in the construction firm is a plus but not necessary; At least 3 years experience in general accounting, Tax reporting, and Financial Reporting; Working knowledge in local taxation (VAT, EWT, Income Tax, FBT, DST, etc.); In dept knowledge in accounting principles, practices and procedures especially BIR readings; Ability to handle multiple projects and task management; Proficient in computer applications; Willing to work long hours if needed and extremely detailed oriented.

* Public Relation Officer *

College graduate; With excellent communication skill both oral and written; With at least 1 year experience in the same field; Excellent interpersonal skills; Must have initiative in organizing events or activities for social awareness.

* Finance Analyst / Manager *

Graduate of BS Banking and Finance; With at least 3 years experience in the same field; Oversee the operations of the treasury department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives.
* Geo Technical Head *

With at least background of Civil Engineering degree; Experience with soil-structure inter action; With experience of design and tunneling and underground structure.

* Quantity Surveyor *

With at least background of Civil Engineering degree; Knowledge in Cost control, planning, forecasting and estimation; Valuations-including value engineering and management; cost benefits analysis; Writing reports and preparing documents (plans, contracts, budgets, etc.).
