* Property Management Staff (For Zambales & Limay, Bataan)*

Male, Graduate of any 4 year business course; Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills; Flexible and willing to do field works.
* Project Officer (For Zambales & Limay, Bataan) *

Male / Female, Graduate of Marketing Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, and/or Economics; Excellent communication skills; Flexible and willing to do field works; Background in Real Estate operations is an advantage.

* Promotions Coordinator*

Male / Female; Graduate of any 4 year business course; With Real Estate experience is an advantage but not required; Good in communication and time management skills; With pleasing personality; Willing to do field work as needed.

* Sales Representative*

Male / Female, College level with 72 units; Good in communication skills; Able to deal with different types of customers.

* Field Engineers (Zambales and Limay)*

Male; Responsible for the preparation of plans, establish all control survey and other calculation in building construction; Experience is an advantage. But not required.

* Customer Relations Coordinator (For Zambales & Limay)*

Female; Graduate of any 4 year business course; Must have excellent communication skills; Experience in Customer Handling and Servicing is an advantage; With pleasing personality.

* Loans Processing Coordinator*

Male; Graduate of any 4 year course; Must have good communication skills(manual).

* Marketing Coordinator*

Male / Female; Graduate of any 4 year business course; With Real Estate experience is an advantage but not required; Good in communication and time management skills; With pleasing personality; Willing to do field work as needed.

* Finance and Collection Staff*

Female; Graduate of any Accounting course; Knowledgeable in basic Accounting Tools and principles; Has good communication skills (oral and written); Willing to be assigned in Bataan.

* Administration Officer*

Male / Female; Graduate of Business Management, Human Resources Management, and Psychology; Detail oriented and has a basic knowledge in accounting, computer applications and office management.

* Heavy Equipment Operator*

Male; With at least 2 years experience in operating heavy equipment; Willing to be assigned in other location / province; Able to operate Backhoe, Pay loader and Mini Dump Trucks; Knows basic machine troubleshooting.
