Must be at least 2 years in College with a minimum of 1 year working experience in a related field; BPO work experience is an advantage; Preferably 1 – 4 years experienced employees specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent; Willing to work Australian Time (5:00 AM to 3:00 PM); Hardworking, highly organized, trustworthy and flexible; Must be fluent in oral and written English; Preferably strong Australian English oral skills; Must be presentable and good interpersonal skills; Can handle incoming and outgoing calls (as required); Must be computer literate (MS Applications, Social Media, etc.); Can work in a minimum supervision.
