Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel; Must be knowledgeable in menu planning, preparation, menu engineering, food costing, cooking and food quality presentation, as well as in organizing all food promotions; Must be familiar with all types of international cuisine; Has good analytical and organizational skills; Must be able to coordinate multiple tasks; Can work under pressure.
